- Contact your Yashika Trading independent distributor to request a return authorization number (RMA).
- Pack the product in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that came with the product.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product to the designated address provided by your distributor.
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
Please note the following conditions and limitations:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Refunds may take up to 20 days to process.
- If a product is returned without an RMA number, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund request.
- We reserve the right to reject the return if the product is not in its original condition or has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
